About the Role
Based in Timberville, VA, this role is part of a team dedicated to maintaining the integrity and safety of our industrial assets. You will utilize maintenance and reliability practices to ensure all equipment remains in safe condition while extending the life of the machinery. The position involves completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility, leveraging your knowledge of standard maintenance tools and specific trades such as electrical, welding, or mechanical systems.
In this role, you will modify electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals to install and repair equipment. You will document completed work and conditions found using maintenance computer software, interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations. Success in this position requires accuracy, precision, and dependability, as well as the ability to work both as a team player and independently.
