About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the first line of defense in keeping our dairy processing and packaging equipment, utilities, and facility systems running smoothly. This role is critical to our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers while adhering to strict safety and food safety guidelines.

In this position, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Your day-to-day involves performing preventive and predictive maintenance, responding swiftly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime, and installing new equipment or system upgrades. You will work closely with production and quality teams to ensure compliant operations, utilizing a CMMS to document work orders, parts usage, and maintenance history. Beyond routine repairs, you will interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and maintainability.
