About the Role

We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for our Mogadore, OH facility, located just outside of Akron. This role is critical to ensuring our production lines run smoothly, helping us meet or exceed production, waste, and quality goals through a robust maintenance program.

Depending on your experience and skills, you will be placed into one of several levels: Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, or Electrical Maintenance Technician. While General Maintenance Technicians focus primarily on mechanical aspects, all roles involve a blend of mechanical and electrical activities, including troubleshooting automated systems and interpreting schematics.

You will work in a dynamic, high-volume environment that may be loud, hot, humid, dusty, and greasy. Your day will involve performing preventive maintenance, repairing drives and gears, and adhering to strict safety and environmental guidelines. You will be part of a team that values safety above all, requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all plant policies.

Hiring Process

We offer a competitive compensation package including a $2,500 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate of $31.21 - $40.00 depending on experience. We utilize a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (Dupont Schedule) designed to provide significant time off, including one full week off every fourth week.
