About the Role
Join us as a Maintenance Technician at our Cary plant, where you will collaborate with an upbeat, hard-working, and diverse team to keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you will continuously improve our machinery and maintenance department while ensuring the highest standards of performance and safety.
You will be the backbone of our production line, performing basic troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on critical mechanical and electrical equipment, including the industrial ovens that produce our delicious snacks. Your day will involve managing machine performance through equipment setup and changeovers, responding promptly to breakdowns, and establishing strong rapport with business partners across the plant floor to solve problems with urgency. Above all, you will enforce established safety, health, and quality procedures to drive forward our production goals.
