This position is based at Homewood Suites Rochester, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational excellence and guest experience of our property. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment and facilities. Your work ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems function smoothly and safely.
Your day will involve a variety of hands-on tasks, from changing light bulbs and performing minor furniture repairs to conducting preventative maintenance on complex systems like HVAC, ice machines, and kitchen equipment. You will also monitor energy conservation efforts and respond promptly to alarms, determining emergency status and coordinating with the Front Desk. Weekend availability is required to support our continuous operations.
