As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our resort's operations, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, pools, and equipment remain in pristine condition. Your day-to-day involves performing necessary repairs and preventative maintenance (PM) with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. From fixing plumbing fixtures and changing light bulbs to managing furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) inventory, you will handle a wide variety of tasks using small hand tools and specialized equipment.
You will respond to guest calls regarding room maintenance and troubleshoot issues in real-time to achieve the highest guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will participate in setting up equipment for special events and respond to emergency conditions such as fires or power failures. Working harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors, you will help maintain all engineering areas in an orderly and clean condition, complying with all Disney policies and standards of conduct.

This is a full-time position requiring full availability seven days a week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate for this role in Hawaii is $34.50 per hour. Selected benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
