About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone of the property, ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and grounds remain in top condition for guests and staff. You will be the first point of contact for maintenance needs, ranging from routine preventative care to immediate emergency responses. Your work directly impacts the guest experience by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
In this role, you will manage a diverse array of tasks including equipment repair, minor construction updates, and landscaping. You will act as a liaison between the maintenance team and the Front Desk during alarm events, ensuring rapid response and clear communication. Beyond technical duties, you are expected to embody the hotel's service culture, approaching every interaction with guests and colleagues with courtesy and professionalism. Whether assisting with guest transportation, supporting the breakfast service, or maintaining the parking lot, your flexibility and attention to detail are essential to the hotel's daily success.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
