About the Role
The Maintenance Electrician is the backbone of our industrial facility's electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role exists to minimize downtime and maximize uptime by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical systems and equipment. You will be instrumental in executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
In this position, you will partner with operations teams to respond to equipment failures and execute scheduled maintenance routes. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing issues on motors, drives, controllers, and power distribution systems, utilizing diagnostic tools like thermal imagers and multimeters. You will also play a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO1901 standards through instrument calibrations and documenting all work activities in our CMMS to drive data-driven improvements.
