About the Role

As a Maintenance Assistant at Regency at Hualalai, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a heroic role in the daily lives of our residents. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining our community, equipment, and safety systems while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines and testing protocols. Your work ensures that common areas, offices, resident rooms, and grounds remain safe, functional, and welcoming.

In this role, you will document preventative maintenance programs, refurbish resident rooms between tenants, and manage supplies to avoid waste. Because resident safety is paramount, you will work a flexible schedule that includes on-call availability. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently, recognize and resolve potentially dangerous situations, and communicate positively with residents, families, and colleagues. A genuine compassion for the senior population is essential to thriving in our environment.
