We are seeking a dedicated and reliable full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, attractive, and fully functional. You will contribute directly to the community experience by performing routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Your work will involve conducting regular property inspections to proactively address needs, assisting with landscaping and groundskeeping, and responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff. By maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety standards, you will help preserve the aesthetic appeal and operational integrity of our property.
