About the Role
This position places a Machine Technician within a large engineering company in Yucaipa, focusing on the critical maintenance of manufacturing machinery. The role is designed to ensure production equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably to support manufacturing schedules and quality standards. The technician will serve as a key partner to engineers, operators, and quality control teams, working to improve equipment efficiency and reduce defects.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is a 2nd shift position, running Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Overtime is required as needed. The role involves a hands-on day-to-day rhythm of installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment, including conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulics, robotics, and packaging systems. Success in this role requires a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to strict safety protocols.
