About the Role
Conagra Brands is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our production team at our Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St. In this role, you will be a vital part of our onsite operations, working directly with the production team lead to meet the demands of customers across the country. You will safely operate equipment to produce quality products, perform necessary maintenance, and support packaging and process areas.

Work Environment
This position requires a desire to work in a food manufacturing environment. You will be expected to follow all training documents for your assigned line and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Overtime is typically required, usually 4 hours before or after a scheduled shift.
