About the Role As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work. Successful Repair Technicians are characterized by a deep customer focus, understanding service principles and connecting with customers in a meaningful way. They possess initiative, identifying opportunities and following through on work activities without being requested. They are committed to learning the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, and are able to effectively train learners and communicate information so that it is retained.
