About the Role

As a Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Your work will continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. You will interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, service instruments with a high level of artistry, and complete warranty repair work.

Success in this role requires a genuine passion for music and people. You will be approachable, knowledgeable, and committed to helping customers connect with their instruments. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through our certification program and effectively train others on techniques and product knowledge.
