About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Lustre Technical Staff member to join our new internal Lustre team. This role is designed for a Software Engineer who thrives as part of a high-performance team tasked with finding creative solutions to the most profound data challenges customers face. You will be responsible for delivering an enterprise-class NetApp software product.

In this position, you will not wait for the perfect moment—you will make it. You will collaborate with passionate teams to tackle real-world challenges and see your impact in how customers transform and grow. You will present technical concepts and industry updates to senior leadership and collaborate with our Product Marketing team to define and prioritize feature and solution requirements. Additionally, you will write concise technical papers on topics such as feature value definition or competitive analysis.

Hiring Process & Application

Preferred locations include San Jose, Research Triangle Park (RTP), Wichita, and Boulder. However, it is likely this position will need to be hired as remote to attract the ideal candidate.
