About the Role
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this hands-on role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
