Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct nursing care to rehabilitation patients under RN and physician direction
- check_circleAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safely
- check_circleMonitor, document, and report patient status and vital signs using EMR systems
- check_circleSupport individualized rehabilitation care plans and therapy goals
- check_circlePerform wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing procedures
- check_circleEducate patients and families on recovery, safety, and ongoing care needs
- check_circleCollaborate with therapists, RNs, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
- check_circleMaintain infection control, patient safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS/CPR certification
- verifiedIV certification (preferred)
- verifiedRehabilitation nursing experience or CRRN (preferred)
Nice to Have
IV certification. Rehabilitation nursing experience or CRRN.
