About the Role
Encompass Health seeks an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will support patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery through focused assessments, medication administration, wound care, mobility assistance, and patient education. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, you will help implement individualized rehab plans, monitor progress, and promote safety and comfort.
