About the Role
Encompass Health seeks an LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery by administering medications and treatments, performing focused assessments, monitoring progress, and documenting care.
You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to execute individualized rehab plans, promote patient independence, and provide education to patients and families. Requirements
