About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at StoryPoint Urbandale, you will be the heartbeat of our care team. You will lead, manage, and train a team of caregivers while ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents. Your day-to-day involves evaluating residents, reporting changes in condition to physicians, and utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR).

Beyond clinical duties, you will be a vital communicator, building strong relationships with team members, residents, and families. We are looking for someone who is punctual, professional, and passionate about working with the elderly. Prior supervisory experience is required, and experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is preferred.
