About the Role

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that resident healthcare needs are met with quality and consistency across all shifts. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical care and daily living, requiring you to assume the responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide when necessary to support staffing requirements and resident well-being.

You will supervise community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education through classroom in-services and situation-specific sessions. Your day will involve overseeing medication training, pharmacy management, and conducting periodic skills inventory checks and audits to maintain the highest standards of care.
