About the Role
This position is integral to maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of our residents. As a key member of the care team, you will monitor resident care according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to those care plans. Your role involves administering medications and ensuring the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room while adhering to company systems, procedures, and processes. Success in this role requires an LPN or LVN License per state regulations.
