About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the North County Area. In this role, you will work overnights providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with prescribed orders. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assessing signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes, collecting and analyzing data from healthcare team members, and documenting actual or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements
