About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an integral role in the success of our team and community, working to create a place our residents are proud to call home. In this position, you will provide high-quality, holistic nursing care in accordance with professional nursing standards and healthcare regulations. You will lead and direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions, ensuring that all personnel comply with safety programs and facility policies.

Application Instructions

Candidates must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the applicable state. Preference is given to those with one year of experience in nursing within a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility. Please note that this position requires availability for rotating weekends and holidays.
