Join a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of history providing housing and services to seniors. We are committed to delivering quality care and service within a Christian environment. Our mission is to support the health, comfort, and safety of residents while fostering a supportive community for all ages.
As a Full-Time Days Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Sioux Falls facility, you will provide professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will ensure the delivery of care that meets both physical and psychosocial needs.
Your day will involve assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, and documenting care outcomes. You will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to establish effective working relationships with residents, families, and advocates. In addition to clinical duties, you will counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, utilizing your nursing expertise to recognize problems and respond effectively to emergent situations.
