About the Role

As an LPN/LVN at Encompass Health, your journey is driven by the understanding that small victories matter. Your role involves providing direct patient care aligned with personalized care plans and physician orders, while observing patient behaviors, monitoring vital signs, and tracking responses to treatments.

You will collaborate directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute care plans, cultivating meaningful relationships by understanding the physical, mental, and emotional needs of those you serve.
