As a Logistics Specialist II, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, preparing documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and manuals to be deployed and stocked. This role exists to ensure the seamless flow of critical assets across our global operations. You will be responsible for routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics while maintaining accurate records of equipment, components, and repair parts. Your work directly impacts the proper allocation of our storage facilities and ensures that all shipping activities adhere to state, federal, and global regulations, including complex import/export requirements.
In this position, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely delivery of materials. You will also have the opportunity to mentor Logistics Specialists I, guiding them in best practices for logistics documentation and compliance. This position requires a current/active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is mandatory, as non-U.S. citizens are generally not eligible to obtain the necessary clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF) handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process. Factors affecting eligibility include allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, criminal conduct, and security violations.
