The Logistics Specialist serves as the central coordinator for the Energy Battery system ordering and delivery process. This role is critical for managing operational complexity and ensuring a single source of truth for all planning and execution activities. You will act as the hub for cross-functional inputs, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into the aligned plan across demand, supply, inventory, and financial commitments.
In this position, you will drive the monthly Logistics calendar and meeting cadence to maintain momentum and accountability. Your day-to-day involves collecting inputs from Sales, Program Operations, Digital Product, Supply Chain, and Finance, then entering demand signals into the SAP order tracker. You will own the integrity of process templates and dashboards, meticulously documenting all decisions and actions. Additionally, you will support the resolution of cross-functional gaps, track action items, and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the SIOP process.

Working knowledge of SIOP / S&OP fundamentals (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and experience with BI tools like Power BI. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality. Strong project management skills with the ability to drive deadlines and coordinate stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries. Experience working in fast-growing, cross-functional operational environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field with 5+ years experience.
