This position serves as the operational hub for scheduling and tracking customer shipments while managing overall fleet and safety protocols. You will be dedicated to overseeing relationships with a diverse network of partners, including suppliers, wash and repair facilities, NPPC facilities, carriers, and render facilities.
In this fast-paced customer environment, you will initiate appropriate actions to resolve supply chain issues that impact shipment delivery. A key part of your day involves ensuring that all deliveries and customer equipment strictly comply with safety and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records and files requested by customers.
