WR is seeking an experienced Logistician, Lead to support the development of Engineering Change and Ship Change documentation. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for configuration management, developing products such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Ship Change Documents (SCDs), and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) certifications. You will perform comparisons of configuration records across platforms and provide strategic recommendations to ISEA based on your analysis of technical data and documentation.
Your work will involve developing logistics documentation that supports maintenance philosophy and acquisition strategy. You will apply your knowledge of logistics management principles, policies, naval systems, and life cycle support requirements to drive project success. This position requires the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, testers, and technicians, interpreting technical drawings, military standards, and instructions to resolve administrative challenges and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based in Norfolk, VA (Little Creek) and requires an Active Secret Clearance to start. There are no travel requirements. Selected candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment third-party background check, which may include verification of employment history, education, certifications, criminal history, and driving records.
