About the Role
We are immediately hiring a dedicated Solo Class A CDL Driver for a local daily position in Golden, CO. This role focuses on yard and shuttling operations within a 3-mile radius, utilizing a day cab tractor and a 53' dry van. The core of the job involves no-touch freight and requires strong backing skills, which make up 90% of the daily duties.
As a Ryder Driver, you are the Captain of your vehicle. You have the authority to make safety decisions, and your job is protected when you prioritize safety. We are upfront about pay, routes, and schedules so you can feel confident joining the team. Trucks are supported by 24/7 roadside maintenance, and drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and pass a Ryder drug test, background check, motor vehicle record check (including verification of alcohol/drug history from previous employers for the last 3 years), DOT physical, and a Ryder road test. Applicants must provide appropriate CDL and endorsements and demonstrate verifiable Class A experience.
