About the Role
We are immediately hiring a Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Driver for a local daily position in Golden, CO. This role focuses on yard and shuttling operations within a 3-mile radius, utilizing a day cab tractor and 53' dry van trailer. The position involves non-touch freight with a heavy emphasis on strong backing skills, which comprise approximately 90% of the daily duties.

Compensation and Benefits
Drivers on this account earn an average of $1,400 weekly, with an hourly rate of $29.87 plus a $4.00 shift differential. Additional incentives include a loyalty bonus of $1,750 at 6 months and another $1,750 at one year, with potential earnings up to $1,900 during peak seasons. We offer unlimited referral bonuses for hired drivers.
Benefits are available without the wait, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage after 30 days, and 80 hours of PTO in the first year starting Day 1. Additional perks include uniforms, cell phone and boot allowances, a 401(k) rollover with company match, and 12 weeks of paid maternity leave. Schedule and Requirements
The schedule consists of 5 days on and 2 days off, with shifts starting at 9:45 PM. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements. Candidates must have verifiable tractor-trailer experience (9 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years) and successfully pass a Ryder drug test, background check, DOT physical, and road test.
