Compensation & Benefits
As an independent contractor, you earn an upfront amount for every order delivered, even if a customer cancels. You keep 100% of your tips and can earn extra through special incentives. Additionally, you can earn "Wait Pay" when you schedule your time in advance, with rates varying by market.
