About the Role

We are seeking a talented Operating Room RN for a local contract assignment in Petaluma, California. This role is designed for professionals whose "adventure game" is as strong as their clinical game, offering flexibility and high pay. You will join a dynamic team in a hospital setting performing a variety of procedures, including Total Joints, Spine, C-Sections, and General surgeries. Note that C-Sections are currently referred from OB, as the hospital does not yet have a dedicated OB crew.

The position involves varied shifts (7a-3:30p and 3p-11p) and includes call requirements with two separate levels: OB Call (3p-11p, M-F) and Regular Call (11p-7a). Weekend call is 24 hours, averaging about 4 hours over the course of a weekend, though travelers can choose to take as much call as they desire. This assignment offers the chance to work in one of the most popular states for travel, known for its beautiful scenery and endless activities.
