Wooster Motor Ways is seeking a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, this role focuses on efficient drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. Drivers will run routes to Bolingbrook and Fort Wayne, enjoying steady miles and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced performance.

Whether you are running the Argos to Bowling Brook route or the Argos to Fort Wayne lane, you will be part of a group that prioritizes clear communication and cooperative teamwork both on the road and in the yard.
Our fleet features International LT trucks fully equipped to ensure your comfort on the road. Each vehicle comes with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, a premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU). We also cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification and provide weight ticket reimbursements at face value.
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. Interested applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their commitment to safety, time management, and professional communication during the selection process.
