About the Role

Wooster Motor Ways is seeking a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, this position focuses on efficient drop-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. Drivers will run routes to Bolingbrook and Fort Wayne, enjoying steady miles and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced performance.

Day in the Life

You will operate Class A tractor-trailers on a Monday through Friday schedule, transporting general commodities and specialized cargo. The role involves planning routes to meet pickup and delivery windows, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation. You will also handle cargo loading and securing, verify bills of lading, and perform basic vehicle maintenance to keep trailers clean and ready.

Our Equipment

We prioritize your comfort on the road. Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU).

Our compensation package includes daily or weekend home time, stable freight, and additional pay for detention and breakdowns. Paid vacation accrues based on tenure, starting at one week after six months and increasing up to four weeks after 15 years. Hiring Process

Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL with one year of experience and pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required.
