About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will haul freight on our regional routes, primarily operating between Argos, Bowling Brook, and Fort Wayne. This role is designed for drivers who value a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced performance. You will be responsible for drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation.
Equipment & Comfort
We provide fully equipped International LT trucks to ensure your comfort on the road. Each vehicle comes standard with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, a premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU). We also cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification and reimburse weight tickets at face value.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. Once hired, you will be part of a supportive team that values clear communication and strong time management.
