About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Company Driver to haul freight on our regional routes, specifically operating between Argos, Bowling Brook, and Fort Wayne. This role is designed for drivers who value steady miles and a clear pay structure. You will be responsible for drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Equipment and Comfort
Our fleet features International LT trucks fully equipped to ensure your comfort on the road. Each vehicle includes a microwave, refrigerator, TV, a premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU). We also cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification and provide weight ticket reimbursements at face value.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. We look for individuals who are reliable, accountable, and strong communicators, capable of managing time effectively and maintaining professional relationships with customers and dispatch.
