About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will haul freight on our regional routes, primarily operating between Argos, Bowling Brook, and Fort Wayne. This role offers a dynamic daily rhythm: you might handle drop-and-hook operations on the front end with live unloads on the back, or manage high-volume runs of up to three loads per day. Whether you are on a Monday-Friday schedule or enjoying daily and weekend home time depending on your specific route, you will be the backbone of our logistics chain.
You will drive our fully equipped International LT trucks, which feature premium amenities like microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, and auxiliary power units to ensure your comfort on the road. Beyond the driving, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HOS logs, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and ensuring all cargo is loaded, secured, and documented correctly. We value drivers who are not just operators, but accountable partners who communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While HazMat endorsements and TWIC cards are preferred, we are open to qualified drivers who are eager to grow with us. We cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification if needed.
