About the Role

As a Company Driver, you will haul freight on our regional routes, primarily operating between Argos, Bowling Brook, and Fort Wayne. This role offers a mix of drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. You can expect steady miles with the potential for up to two loads per day on the Argos to Bowling Brook route or three loads per day on the Argos to Fort Wayne route, running Monday through Friday.

You will operate fully equipped International LT trucks designed for driver comfort, featuring microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, premium seats, and auxiliary power units (APUs). Your day involves transporting general commodities and specialized cargo, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, and maintaining your vehicle to the highest standards. We offer daily or weekend home time depending on your specific route, allowing you to balance your professional duties with your personal life.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and be able to pass all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. Once hired, Wooster Motor Ways covers the full cost of your initial HazMat certification.
