Wooster Motor Ways is seeking a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. Based in Argos, Indiana, this role focuses on efficient drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. Drivers will run routes to Bolingbrook and Fort Wayne, enjoying steady miles and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced performance.

As a team player, you will be expected to be respectful and cooperative both on the road and in the yard, maintaining clear communication with dispatch and customers.
Drivers enjoy daily or weekend home time depending on the route. Compensation includes $190 per load for Argos to Bolingbrook runs (up to 2 loads/day) and $130 per load for Argos to Fort Wayne runs (3 loads/day), all paid Monday through Friday. Additional pay is available for detention and breakdowns. All hourly work is paid as straight time, and weight ticket reimbursements are provided at face value.
We provide comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and 8 paid holidays per year. Paid vacation accrues as follows: 1 week after 6 months, 1 additional week after 12 months, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years. Wooster Motor Ways also covers the full cost of your initial HazMat certification.
Our fleet features International LT trucks fully equipped for driver comfort, including a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU).
