About the Role
As a Company Driver, you will haul freight on our regional routes, primarily operating between Argos, Bowling Brook, and Fort Wayne. This role is designed for drivers who value consistent miles and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced performance. You will be responsible for drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive pay structure with daily or weekend home time depending on your assigned route. Drivers can earn up to $190 per load on Argos to Bowling Brook runs (up to 2 loads/day) or $130 per load on Argos to Fort Wayne runs (3 loads/day). All hourly work is paid as straight time, and we provide additional pay for detention and breakdowns.
Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and 8 paid holidays per year. Paid vacation accrues progressively: 1 week after 6 months, 1 additional week after 12 months, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years. We also cover the full cost of your initial HazMat certification and provide weight ticket reimbursements at face value.
Equipment
We equip our drivers with comfort and reliability in mind. Our fleet consists of International LT trucks fully outfitted with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) to ensure your comfort on the road.
