About the Role
We are hiring a Company Driver to haul freight on our regional routes, specifically serving the Argos to Bolingbrook and Argos to Fort Wayne lanes. This role is designed for drivers who thrive on steady miles and clear pay structures that reward safety and reliability.
You will operate Class A tractor-trailers equipped with premium amenities, including microwaves, refrigerators, TVs, and auxiliary power units (APUs), ensuring your comfort on the road. The position involves drop-and-hook operations on the front end and live unloads on the back. Depending on your assigned route, you will run up to two loads per day to Bolingbrook or three loads per day to Fort Wayne, Monday through Friday.

Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL with at least one year of experience and meet all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements. While a HazMat endorsement and TWIC card are preferred, they are not strictly required. A high school diploma or GED is also necessary.
