About the Role
As a Class A truck driver, you will be the vital link in delivering our merchandise safely and efficiently to various locations. This role is designed for those who take pride in their craft and enjoy the rhythm of a structured daily routine. You will make multiple stops per day, ensuring that countertop and flooring materials are transported with care, while returning home every evening.
Your day-to-day involves more than just driving; you will be responsible for the safe loading, unloading, and securing of cargo using blocks, ties, straps, chains, and binders. Success in this position requires a constant state of alertness, a polite demeanor towards fellow road users, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions with a customer-centric approach. You will work independently, yet remain focused on upholding a commitment to quality service and regulatory compliance.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a driving test and all DOT pre-employment requirements. The process includes verifying at least one year of verifiable driving experience with heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring proficiency in maintaining legal and accurate logbooks.
