About the Role
As a Class A truck driver, you will be the vital link in delivering MSI's merchandise to various locations. This role is designed for those who take pride in safe, efficient logistics and enjoy the rhythm of a structured daily routine. You will make multiple stops per day, ensuring that countertop and flooring materials are transported safely and arrive on time, while adhering to all transportation regulatory compliance.
The position offers a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 04:00 AM to 07:00 PM, with the distinct benefit of being home daily. Success in this role requires a customer-centric approach; you will interact with fellow road users and customers with patience and a polite demeanor. While you will work independently, maintaining focus and alertness is paramount. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the cargo, from skillfully positioning blocks, ties, straps, and chains to ensuring the vehicle is operated safely at all times.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a driving test and all Department of Transportation (DOT) pre-employment requirements. The process includes verifying at least one year of verifiable driving experience with heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring proficiency in maintaining a legal and accurate logbook.
