About the Role
As a Loan Signing Agent, you will oversee the signing and notarization of real estate loan documents. This independent contractor position offers a flexible work structure ideal for those seeking control over their availability and earning potential. You can choose your own hours, accept assignments based on your schedule, and work part-time or full-time.
You will guide borrowers through their loan packages, verify identification, and ensure signatures and dates are completed correctly. Depending on your state's rules, you may perform in-person mobile signings or remote/hybrid signings.
