About the Role
As a Loan Assistant at Exchange Bank, you serve as a vital bridge between Loan Officers, borrowers, and the lending process. Your primary mission is to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of loan applications and escrow administration. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, responsible for translating complex loan information into simple, understandable terms for borrowers while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and integrity.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of loans, from initiating pre-qualification inquiries to assisting with the final closing. You will coordinate meetings with clients, prepare cost estimates, and handle critical escrow tasks such as annual analyses, insurance payments, and property tax processing. Your work ensures that the loan portfolio maintains high credit quality and that customers have seamless access to the bank's products and services.
