Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct legal research and gather evidence such as medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
- check_circleDraft and prepare legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- check_circleFile and manage legal documents in court ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines and requirements
- check_circleCoordinate with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to obtain necessary information and documentation
- check_circleReview and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other case-related documents
- check_circleAssist in the preparation of discovery responses and manage the discovery process including organizing evidence
- check_circlePrepare case files and exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trials
- check_circleMaintain and update case management systems with case details, deadlines, and correspondence
- check_circleCommunicate with clients to provide updates on case status, schedule appointments, and address concerns
- check_circleSupport attorneys in trial preparation by organizing trial exhibits and preparing trial notebooks
- check_circleAssist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities
Requirements
