About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced full-time Litigation Attorney to join our Insurance Defense/Tort department. This role is designed for an attorney with exceptional writing and analytical skills who is ready to handle the full spectrum of litigation work. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing pleadings, evaluating cases, responding to discovery, and preparing and arguing motions. Your day-to-day will also involve attending hearings, depositions, and mediations, meeting with clients, and negotiating settlements.
