Purpose of Position
The Line Service Technician I is the backbone of our daily ground operations, supporting inbound and outbound aircraft, flight crews, passengers, and guests. This role is designed to deliver exceptional customer service in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. You will work closely with flight crews and other departments to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Safety is the top priority in this position due to regular exposure to aircraft operations, fuel, moving equipment, and other hazardous materials. As a team member, you will be part of a culture that values continuous learning and operational excellence, contributing to a positive team environment while mastering the intricacies of line service operations.
